I came to the real estate sales business by first personally buying and selling investment property. I firmly believe that this experience prepared me well for working with buyers and sellers to complete really stress-free transactions. I have a broad knowledge of the area, of the business, and of property values so I really take care of the details for my clients. I am also work with an exceptional team of industry experts that assist me and my clients in everything from evaluating property values to analyzing inspections reports all working towards the goal of a successful closing.

I’m particularly skilled at handling stressful situations – it comes with the territory of real estate but particularly in my investment experience as well – and I simply don’t get rattled. I hear problems and my first response is to look for solutions.

I’ve lived in the Triangle area since 2000 and am actively involved in the community. I am on the board of Rotary International, have been a Leader for 4-H, and actively support Read & Feed, Hunger Now, the Miracle League, Special Olympics and the YMCA.
